How long will my order take?

For local deliveries in Singapore, you can expect your order to be delivered within 1 to 5 working days. For overseas inquiries, please write in to sales@mr-mckenic.com and we will advise our agents to attend to you soonest possible.

What are the shipping fees?

It depends on the number of items and the total weight of the parcel you have ordered. As we work with a few courier partners, you may decide which courier service to deliver your parcel upon checkout.

Is there a minimum order to enjoy free delivery?

Yes, of course! Only for local delivery orders above SGD 80.00, we will absorb the shipping cost.

How do I track my order?

What happens when there's nobody at home to receive the parcel?

If you are unavailable to receive the parcel when it arrives, we will try to re-deliver it to you at another time. Please contact us to find out on the status of your parcel.

Can I do a self-collection?

Yes, you can! As long as you are located in Singapore. Simply enter promotion code "SelfCollect" upon checkout and the shipping charges will be waived off. Our Customer Service officer will contact you once your order is ready for pick up.
